Integrity in the Jewelry Business: Understanding the Changes in Swarovski Guidelines
Hello everyone,
I wanted to take a moment to share some important updates with you regarding my jewelry and the materials I use. In this post about “Integrity in the Jewelry Business,” I will explain the recent “Changes in Swarovski Guidelines” and what they mean for my jewelry collection.
Changes in Swarovski Guidelines:
In October 2021, Swarovski implemented new guidelines. Company decided to restrict the use of their cut glass crystals to select brands, businesses, and individuals. Those who purchase of Swarovski components must accept that it does not allow them to use the Swarovski brand name to market their products. These changes were aimed at elevating the Swarovski brand as a symbol of elite quality and craftsmanship. Furthermore changes are designed to maintain the Swarovski brand as a symbol of elite quality and craftsmanship.
Commitment to Transparency:
Consequently, I’m honored to continue using Swarovski components in my jewelry pieces. However, I’m no longer able to explicitly reference the Swarovski brand in my product titles. This adjustment reflects my commitment to transparency and adherence to industry standards. Certainly I want to operate within the bounds of legal and ethical guidelines.
Eventually, my jewelry pieces might feature Swarovski crystals, but my brand is not directly affiliated with the Swarovski company. I use these crystals solely for their exceptional craftsmanship and aesthetic appeal. I can no longer use the Swarovski brand name to market my products. Instead, I will refer to these as high-quality crystals.
Quality and Brilliance Remain Uncompromising:
Please rest assured that despite this change, the quality and brilliance of my jewelry remain uncompromising. I remain dedicated to sourcing the finest materials, including highest-quality crystals, glass beads and pearls.
Continued Dedication:
Thank you for your understanding and continued support as I navigate these changes. Your trust means the world to me. Furthermore I’m committed to upholding the highest standards of craftsmanship, transparency and integrity in everything I do.
If you have any questions about the changes in Swarovski guidelines or how they affect my jewelry, please feel free to reach out.
Warmest regards,
Zlata
